项目简介:We are developing a decentralized energy exchange, implemented on Ethereum smart contracts and Raiden off-chain state channel technology. In the near future, we will see a growth in renewable energy sources like photovoltaic cells and wind turbines. Since they depend on the weather, their output is very unsteady. Our technology helps to stabilize the energy market, while using the existing infrastructure and promoting the adoption of renewable energy resources. We are creating a network in which any IoT device, like a fridge or an energy storage can trade its own energy in a decentralized market.

项目简介The purpose of this project is to design and build an efficient, secure and flexible peer-to-peer energy exchange protocol. In this system, we would be using blockchain and smart contracts in coordination with Distributed Energy Resources to distribute energy from a centralized entity/ aggregator to devices in a microgrid network, which can operate independently or self-sufficiently. Moreover, we plan to minimize energy generation costs by optimizing energy dispatch loads to the microgrid network to provide a low-cost, reliable peer-to-peer energy exchange system. The blockchain structure can be used to hold immutable records of energy consumption which can be recorded and executed via smart meters/terminals and smart contracts. Thus agents in the network can audit the veracity of their consumption and payment balances.

Customer could easily find fully charged battery at changing stations via their mobile phones and exchange their batteries immediately so they could be back on the road in minutes. The subscriptions fees could be tracked in smart contracts and payment automatically made to manufacturer that provide replacements, charging stations, and recycling stations. This business model could be extended to “Electric Transportation as a Service”.
